AFAS offers a wide range of options in the field of international HR automation. Now that Salure has enhanced AFAS with a global language database, you can use InSite in whichever language you choose.
Do you use AFAS and want to provide a better service to employees abroad? With Salure’s new translation module, you can easily add new languages. Employees can then quickly select their own language in InSite. This means you can now use AFAS with truly no boundaries.

The AFAS translation module is the quickest way to make your HRM system accessible to colleagues in or from other countries who do not speak Dutch. What’s more, you are not limited to the standard AFAS languages such as German, English and French. Whether it’s Spanish, Italian, Chinese or Russian: anything is possible.
Enter the translations yourself or have them translated by a translation agency and imported into AFAS.
The languages will be visible immediately in the AFAS environment. Users can then choose their own language. The same InSite environment can be displayed in a different language for each employee.
With this module, you are not reliant on online translation tools, and no data is sent to third parties. The translations belong solely to you, and you manage them yourself.
This means you can customise the translations exactly as you wish. For example, would you prefer to refer to ‘verzuim’ as ‘sick leave’ rather than ‘sickness’? You now have complete control over this.
The translation module does not translate texts word for word, but in whole sentences at a time. This ensures that the texts flow naturally.
As you manage the translations centrally in the administration module, you only need to keep track of them in one place. Is the translation correct in the administration module? Then you can be sure that the same translation is used throughout AFAS.
