With AFAS’ Employee HR Self Service, each employee has access to their own portal with HR data. As soon as the employee makes a change, it reaches the manager via an automated workflow. This could be a change of address or a new leave request. The manager reviews the change and approves it or lets you know that something is still missing. This ensures the data is always up to date and efficient HR administration.
Efficiency in the HR department
When employees make such changes themselves, fewer errors occur. Data is also approved by the appropriate manager. This saves a lot of paperwork. You can easily see how the administrative process went and who is responsible for each part. By setting up the workflows properly, the process runs more efficiently.
