Make AFAS accessible to all your employees
The AFAS translation module is the fastest way to make your HRM system accessible to colleagues in or from abroad who do not speak Dutch. Whether it is Spanish, Italian, Chinese or Russian: everything is possible. The same InSite page can be displayed in a different language per employee.
Add and edit languages
Enter the translations yourself or have them translated by a translation agency and imported into AFAS.
With Salure’s new translation module, administrators easily add languages to AFAS InSite and OutSite via SalureConnect. The languages are immediately visible on the AFAS platform and users can select their own language.
Manage your own translations
With this module, you are independent of online translation machines. Your translations are secure and under your own control: no data is sent to external parties. Translations are yours only and you manage them yourself. As such, you can configure the translations to suit your organisation. Would you, for example, rather use the word ‘Sickness’ instead of ‘Sick leave’? No problem. Now you are in complete control.

In which languages is AFAS available?
AFAS is available by default in the languages German, French, English and Flemish. But with our translation plugin, you are no longer limited to these languages. From Spanish to Chinese: any language can be added quickly and easily.
How soon can I get started with the AFAS translation module?
With our handy manual, you can quickly implement the AFAS Translate module yourself. Salure ensures that everything is technically ready within 4 days. So you can get started (almost) immediately!
What does the AFAS translation module cost?
Want to get started with this module quickly? Then choose from one of the two pricing models: You implement completely independently with our manual. You then pay a one-time €550 for the installation and then monthly €150 for the basic module and €100 per language license. You have the implementation done by Salure for a one-time fee of €4,400. After that you pay €150 per month for the basic module and €100 per language license.
