Laurens is an organisation for home care, rehabilitation, recovery, living with care, nursing and day care for the elderly. More than 5,000 Laurens care professionals serve the elderly in and around Rotterdam.

Several of Laurens’ departments work with AFAS. This caused a lot of questions and a surplus of work for the two functional administrators. Laurens was looking for an AFAS partner to strengthen them, to solve current issues and to outsource second-line and third-line functional management. The organisation chose Salure.
Salure’s approach
A Salure consultant supports Laurens internally with functional management two days a week. Laurens has a service contract: in case of questions or problems, Salure helps within 48 hours. Our AFAS experts will soon be working in various departments to see how administrative systems are used. Salure then draws up a plan of action, so that Laurens can work more efficiently.
